Cayos Cochinos IOTA NA-160

HQ3C una DXpedición a Cayos Cochinos, Honduras IOTA NA-160 : HR2DX Antonio, HR2DMR Dan, HR2H Henry, HR2SB Carlos & HR2PAC Pedro estarán al aire para el concurso internacional de IOTA desde Julio 27 al 29 en Cochino Redondo IOTA NA-160 en la reserva ecológica de Cayos Cochinos, se trabajarán todas las bandas de HF en SSB y algunos modos digitales si las condiciones lo permiten. Enviar QSL vía directo con SAE e IRC por favor para procesarlo mas rapido, tambien puedes QSL via bureau. Las fotografías son cortesía de HR2DX Antonio.

HQ3C a DXpedition to Cayos Cochinos, Honduras IOTA NA-160 : HR2DX Antonio, HR2DMR Dan, HR2H Henry, HR2SB Carlos & HR2PAC Pedro will be active for the international IOTA contest from July 27th to 29th at Cochino Redondo IOTA NA-160 in the Cayos Cochinos ecological reserve, we will operate on all HF bands in SSB and some digital modes if conditions allow it. Cayos Cochinos IOTA NA-160

Nuevamente un grupo de socios del Radio Club de Honduras integrado por HR2AHC Antonio, HR2PAC Pedro, HR2H Henry, HR2DMR Daniel y HR2J Javier estuvieron operando desde "Isla Cochino pequeño" IOTA NA-160 en la zona de Cayos Cochinos la  estación con los indicativos HQ3C desde el 23 de Junio de 2006 hasta el 25 de Junio de 2006 en las Bandas de 80 a 10 metros SSB, QSL vía HR2RCH, por favor enviar SAE y IRC o QSL  vía bureau. Once again a group of members of Radio Club de Honduras activated an island off the coast of Honduras, HR2AHC Antonio, HR2PAC Pedro, HR2H Henry, HR2DMR Daniel and HR2J Javier operated from "Isla Cochino pequeño" IOTA NA-160 in the Cayos Cochinos area with call HQ3C from the 23rd of June to the 25th from 80 to 10 meters SSB. Cayos Cochinos IOTA NA-160

Marzo - March 2004

 

Miembros del Radio Club de Honduras HR2H Henry, HR2SB Carlos, HR2P Cesar,  HR2AHC Antonio, HR5MJC Manuel, LU1DY/HR2 Gustavo, estarán operando desde Cayos Cochinos,  IOTA NA-160 la  estación con los indicativos HR2RCH/3 , desde las 20 horas  UTC del 20 de Marzo de 2004, hasta las 06:00 horas del 22 de Marzo de 2004, en las Bandas de 40, 20 y 15 metros SSB. Gracias a HR2P Cesar por facilitar las fotografías. Nuestra eterna gratitud a todos los colegas y entidades que hicieron posible la expedición.

From March 20th to the 22nd of the year 2004 Radio Club de Honduras conducted a DXpedition HR2RCH/3 to Cayos Cochinos IOTA NA-160 located in the northern coast of Honduras, in this section of our site we present you with the photographs of such a memorable experience for Honduran ham radio, thanks to HR2P Cesar for the photos, email all of your comments and our eternal gratitude to all of the colleagues & entities that contributed to complete this DXpedition, thanks for visiting with us and 73's.

En 1995 un intrépido grupo de socios del Radio Club de Honduras conformado por HR2HM Henry, HR2CSX Carlos, HR2JPQ Juan Pablo,  HR2JAW Jorge, HR2JEP JP Peña, HR2CDG Carlos y Alejandro Suárez operaron la isla de Chachahuate en los Cayos Cochinos IOTA NA-160 la estación utilizo los indicativos HQ6DX. Esta sección de nuestro sitio Web es muy importante ya que esta fue la primer DXpedición que se organizo dentro del Radio Club de Honduras y es así como se dio inicio a estas aventuras que año con año realizan socios y amigos. Gracias a HR2CSX Carlos Sabat por conservar estas fotografías y facilitarlas a nuestro sitio.

In 1995 an intrepid group of members of the Radio Club de Honduras conformed by HR2HM Henry, HR2CSX Carlos, HR2JPQ Juan Pablo, HR2JAW Jorge, HR2JEP J.P. Peña, HR2CDG Carlos and Alejandro Suárez operated the island of Chachahuate in Cayos Cochinos IOTA NA-160 using the callsign HQ6DX.  This section of our Web site is very important since this was the first DXpedition that was organized within the Radio Club de Honduras and marks the beginning of these adventures that year to year members and friends of the club conduct.  Thanks to HR2CSX Carlos Sabat for conserving these photographs and lending them to our site.
